The above puppy will have a Healthy Pup Guarantee for 5 days with vet check by purchaser. We will also guarantee any genetic defects of the hips and eyes. Such defect will entitle the owner to another puppy from a breeding that is acceptable to both SevenAcres and the purchaser with the original pup to be returned to SevenAcres. This guarantee is valid only if the following requirements are met:
*A well puppy exam must be completed within three working days of delivery.
*Complete and accurate health records are maintained for a period of 26 months that includes all preventive care such as vaccinations & heart wormer.
* Evaluation of hips will be completed by OFA when the puppy is between 24-26 months of age. This will be done at the owner’s expense.
*In the Event of a genetic defect covered by this guarantee, a detailed letter from your vet describing the exact nature of the illness or injury must accompany the dog upon return
*Evaluation of the hips by OFA with results of Fair, Good or Excellent are recognized as normal and an OFA number will be assigned. Eye exams assigned a CERF number are also considered normal.
Any dog returned showing signs of physical or mental abuse will voice the terms of the contact and owner will not be entitled to a return.
The Agreed Purchase Price of the puppy or dog does not include shipping.
All SevenAcres Puppies are sold as Non-Breeding Pets
While your Security Deposit is Non-Refundable, SevenAcres will allow you to transfer it to the next litter. There are exceptions for the deposit being refunded to you however, as we all know unforeseen events happen.
